ASSESSMENT
We offer a thorough assessment and analysis prior to the entry in your target market. Examples of assessments we have made are desk-research, focus group interviews, market visits, industry data purchase or a 500 person telephone interview based analysis.
The assessment/analysis is always documented in a report and followed by a presentation and a recommendation for further actions or a recommendation to re-define or close down the project.

STRATEGY
Whether you already have made the market analysis yourself or this has been done in cooperation with us - we will outline a market entry/re-entry strategy with you based on the analysis and the qualitative input we can add to the proces.
We use a variety of different theoretical tools when outlining the strategy such as the "strategy canvas", "value proposition canvas" and most importantly a strong segmentation model to prepare for efficient and targeted implementation of the chosen strategy.

IMPLEMENTATION
Honestly - many consultants avoid this part as this is the "real moment of truth". Our believe is that "if we can draw out a strategy we believe in, then we can live it".
By having this philosophy we challenge our customers and ourselves on the quality and durability of the chosen strategy.
