Eva Hannisdahl is the CEO of the Norwegian company Morten Engebretsen AS. The company is the distributor for high end brands within the kitchen industry in Scandinavia and long term customer of Solutions by Sander. Currently we are managing their sales force in Scandinavia and advising the CEO on the strategy.

Willi Bruckbauer is the CEO of the German rising star BORA. Solutions by Sander has since 2016 played and still plays a major role in establishing the brand in Scandinavia.

For SimNomics we conducted a major market analysis in Germany and outlined a "go to market strategy".

Norliq - in close cooperation with Norliq we have analysed export markets and defined their partner strategy and preferred partner profile.

As part of a generational change in Gryphon, we took on the search proces for their new CEO and contributed to a succesfull transition.

For Cinas A/S we have drawn their export strategy and we are currently managing and running their market entry in Germany.

For Bang & Olufsen we have managed and run their general performance management system and assisted their top management in daily operation.
